  SPIDER

Tetranychus Urticae Two-spotted spider mite
Tetranychus Cinnabarinus "Toxic" spider mite

Duration of development; egg-adult, at 20șC ± 15 days.
Damage picture; the red spider mite feeds on plant tissue and plant saps. As a result, leaves will turn yellow. In case of a severe attack, leaves or even plants will die.

CROP PROTECTING AGENTS

PHYTOSEIULUS persimilis spider mite predator
Duration of development; egg-adult, at 20șC ± 15 days.
The nymphs and adults feed on all stages of the red spider mite. With rising temperatures (max. 30șC), the mite predator will seek more preys. A low relative air humidity has a negative effect on the prey behaviour of the spider mite predator.
